We have great news this morning for Connecticut's bike ped community: the Bike Bke Bill passed!
The House voted on SB 502 last night (May 20) at 10:09 pm, approving it overwhelming by a vote of 139 to 6, with another 6 representatives absent and not voting. The Senate approved the bill unanimously on May 7. The next step is for Governor Malloy to sign the bill into law. Please join us in thanking the bill's champions and co-sponsors: Sen.
