The YIELD RIGHT OF WAY needs more communication to drivers. A campaign to increase awareness of the need for ALL drivers to grant the right-of way to pedestrians, bicyclists is important. Many drivers on the interstate do not yield to merging traffic or to merging traffic on the entrance ramps, and a campaign to bring this into the forfront is needed.
